A global engineering and agriculture firm was transitioning a recent acquisition from on premises infrastructure to O365 and cloud managed servers. Every user at the company would require new equipment, security changes for each of the three sites in U.S. and help moving files from PC’s and servers to One Drive and Azure.
The clients stated goal was to lessen the impact to the users.
After the successful cutover, Nexcom maintained the user relationship by providing a high availability helpdesk, collaborative ticketing systems with integrations to the global client, and quarterly scheduled meetings to consider changes, new applications and ongoing security.
